How do I start the process of working with you?

Getting started is super simple. Just inquire! We’ll have a few questions for you about your brand and specific needs. If you live in Bend, Oregon, we’ll coordinate a time that you can drop your products off at our studio, and if you live outside of Bend, we’ll give you shipping instructions.

Typically we will send a sample image if you have any specialized requests in terms of lighting or the way your product is displayed before completing the rest of the images.

What types of products do you work with?

We work with all kinds of products! Our specialty small to medium sized products such as packaged foods, beauty and skincare products and items for the home. That being said, the word product encompasses millions of items!

We especially love working with products that are ethically made or are handmade. We’ve worked with local makers and larger manufacturers.

How long does it take to get my images?

Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks from your shoot date. Shoot dates are scheduled based on when we will have the products shipped to us. Some shoots may take longer if the product line is large or the number of images is high.

If you need your images sooner than 2-3 weeks, we recommend ordering them on a rushed schedule which we offer for an additional fee.

Why should I hire you?

We’re a small company and the quality of our work is the most important thing to us. We personally shoot and edit every image to make sure it meets your standards, and we do it for cheaper than most larger e-commerce photography companies working outside the US.
